Packers defeat Chiefs, 27-19

Green Bay beats defending champs to even record at 6-6

GREEN BAY - The Packers drove from the initial drive of the game and held tight for a 27-19 triumph over the guarding Super Bowl champion Bosses on Sunday night at Lambeau Field.

It was Green Bay's third straight victory to even its record at 6-6. The Chiefs fell to 8-4.

The Packers scored the initial twice they had the ball and held the Bosses to two field objectives on their initial two drives for a 14-6 halftime score. Kansas City scored to open the final part, yet the Packers halted the two-direct transformation toward stay in the number one spot, 14-12.

Green Bay included a third score a pass to WR Christian Watson against a full scale barrage, and the Bosses replied with one more score to make it 21-19.

After the Packers added a field objective, CB Keisean Nixon captured Bosses QB Patrick Mahomes, prompting one more Green Sound field objective for a noteworthy lead. The Bosses got one last drive with a little more than brief left and arrived at the Green Sound 33-yard line, however Mahomes' Leap of faith on the game's last play fell inadequate.
